All industriesAbout us
ResourcePad is a boutique studio with a global team. Four countries, one standard, and a low tolerance for work that could have been anyone's.
We started as a Canadian company that refused to act local-only. Clients showed up in more places than a single office can cover, and the team followed — without turning into the kind of agency where nobody knows your name.
Today the headquarters is in Halton Hills, Ontario. The rest of the studio works from Pakistan, the United States, and Lithuania. That spread is a perspective, not a flex. Someone on the team has usually seen the problem before, in a different market, and is still close enough to care how yours turns out.
Whether you're in Toronto or Timbuktu, the arrangement is the same: a small group, a point of view, and work you can click.
Help brands stand out with digital marketing and product work that feels specific to them — not borrowed from the brand next door.
Starting from scratch or giving an existing brand a facelift, we offer the services that make a company legible: campaigns people remember, sites people can use, and products that do the job they were opened to do.
The moose in shades can stay on the homepage. The work itself is serious.
Four countries
Canada is home. Pakistan, the United States, and Lithuania are the rest of the team — not vendors we introduce as if they were down the hall.

Team
Delivery alongside the Canadian studio — product, design, and marketing.
Team
People on the ground for clients and partners who work in US hours.
Team
Part of the same studio, not a vendor we pretend is down the hall.
How we behave
We would rather be specific than be safe. Brands that try to please everyone end up beige.
Four countries is not an excuse to feel like a call centre. You should know who is on the work.
A case study you can click beats a claim you have to imagine. Where a number isn't ours to invent, we leave a slot.
A charity site and a Shopify store get the same care. The tone changes. The finish doesn't.
Boutique, on purpose
A lot of studios collect countries and then lose the plot. We kept the plot. You get a team that can cover a product, a site, and the marketing around them, and you get people who answer.
If a project wants a hundred-person account team, we are the wrong shape. If it wants the work to feel considered — a charity site, a Shopify store, a civic app, a salon — we are built for that.
Tell us the brand, the problem, and whether you're starting over or fixing what you have.
