Find My Doctor is a telehealth product for people in Pakistan. It brings at-home doctor consultations, at-home lab tests, and pharmacy orders into one web portal and a companion mobile app.
Care was scattered. Booking a doctor, arranging a lab test, and ordering medicine meant three separate errands, mostly designed around clinics rather than the person at home. The product had to feel trustworthy, and simple enough to use when someone is already unwell.
ResourcePad led product development for the portal and the mobile app. The flows are shaped around the three jobs people actually have — see a doctor, get a test, get medicine — and treated as one continuous visit rather than three websites.
Qualitative on purpose. We don't invent numbers the client hasn't agreed to publish.

The experience is organised around the person who is unwell, not around a clinic's front desk.
The portal is live at findmydoctor.pk.
